I never had the opportunity to be in possession of an instant polaroid camera (correction: I actually did own one of the instant polaroid sticker cameras). I always thought that polaroid pictures were of low quality and too raw for my aesthetic taste. However, when I heard word that the company was in the process of stopping production of its instant film, sudden interest captivated me. Thanks to google I ran across a lot of images that gave me a sudden change of mind. I love how the film develops and captures the more intimate side of a picture. Sadly I realized this too late. BOO.
Those are lovely polaroids. I like the way they bathe everything in an orange glow and you always have to wave them around to see the picture quickly.
I know. I think on flickr you can make your photos look like polaroids.
